BUILDING USE
If you wish to use the building for things such as meetings, weddings, fundraisers, etc., prior to the event, a building use form must be filled out and turned in to the parish office for approval. You will may notice that the ‘building use-general’ form contains fields that may not apply to your request; please fill out only fields that apply. Also, be sure to read the ‘policy use’ form that also requires a signature at the bottom.
Fees: In most cases, if a member is requesting the building for something non-profit related, no fee’s will apply. However, to be sure whether fee’s are applicable or not, please contact the parish office.
Building Keys: Please be sure to make arrangements with the parish office if you will need a building key.

PARISH RECORDS
In a constant effort to better serve the members of Emanuel, it is very important that the parish records are maintained and up to date. Two forms have been created to help us collect member information, prior to entering it into our membership software. The parish office requests that one ’Household Form’ per household, and one ’Individual Member Form’ per member of the household (including all children), be completed and submitted to the parish office.

2012-2013 SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS
Application packets for all three scholarships are available in the church office or by clicking on the appropriate link below.
Sahlmark and Emanuel Scholarship Application 2012-13
The Sahlmark Scholarship is available to all high school graduates who are confirmed members in good standing of Emanuel Lutheran Church.
The Emanuel scholarship is available to all high school graduates who are members of Emanuel and have demonstrated commitment by past and present involvement in the church.
Emanuel Lutheran Church Memorial Scholarship 2012-13
The Memorial Scholarship is open to all high school graduates in Mason Country and is intended for persons seeking a vocational education.
Deadline for returning all three applications is May 1, 2012.
